Late payments may incur additional fees, and Services may be suspended until payment is received. If payment is not made within 30 days, your account may be considered in default.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, Social Maven Agency retains ownership of all creative content, designs, and intellectual property produced during the course of providing Services. Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to use the deliverables as specified in the contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. Confidential information includes any proprietary information, business plans, strategies, and financial data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Social Maven Agency will provide Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Services. The total liability of Social Maven Agency for any claim relating to our Services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

Social Maven Agency reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client fails to comply with these Terms or breaches any part of the agreement.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Social Maven Agency harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of our Services, including any content or materials provided by the client that infringe on the intellectual property or rights of third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action related to these Terms will be filed in the appropriate courts in Ontario, Canada.

11. Amendments to Terms
